Allowing a mess

Hi friends!

I’m in the process of moving allll of my Substack content over to this website (for more about the reasons behind this move, read The ethics of where we publish). It’s a messy process, and I’ve decided to allow the mess, rather than put pressure on myself to make it all look perfect. Until I’m completely done with this transition (which includes going into articles and manually re-adding photos and other visuals), you are going to come across some weird-looking articles without images, as well as big gaping holes in articles where images are supposed to be. As a content creator with high quality standards, you can imagine how thrilled I am about this 😒. But, it is what it is, and better to sacrifice perfection and show some “growing pains” than to stay Substack longer than necessary.
