(Big, juicy) Friday reflection

To the core of my Mighty Forces community,

I have big news to share today, and I am sharing it with you ahead of promoting it more publicly next week. I would so appreciate hearing how this news lands with you, especially if you have questions or feel let down in any way; just hit reply on this email, you can book time to talk . I value your honest opinions so much.

Here’s the short version: I’ve been doing some soul-searching, and have decided that moving forward, Mighty Forces will no longer be just for women; instead, we will be for anyone who wants to connect with and share their authentic voice. We’ll offer the same services; now, they’re just available to a wider audience of change makers and creative souls across the gender identity spectrum.

I know this will likely come as a big surprise, and I want to share the story of what led me to making this shift, and more of the thinking behind it. It’s up on my blog.

Now, many of you know I’ve been working (and working, and working) on a book, and in fact, the realization I share in my blog post first came to me in connection with the book; I then quickly realized it meant shifting my business, too. I’m hard at work evolving my book proposal, and I have to tell you, I am so inspired, it’s all I want to do.
